The Culture & Boundaries focuses on developing skills related to empathy and active listening, and tips for setting boundaries, professionally and personally.
Goals:
Participants should leave with a better understanding of the importance of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI).
Participants will discuss and participate in controlled scenarios that resemble possible cultural or boundary violations, then then identify best practices.
Participants will develop a better understanding of their co-workers' unique preferences and needs.

The Leadership & Communication workshop focuses on identifying and practicing effective leadership skills and communication skills, which often overlap.
Goals:
Participants will have a safe environment to learn and practice various communication styles.
Participants will learn various leardership approaches; Understand the benefits and weaknesses through interaction.
Particpoants will be given a safe space to try various communication approaches to guage their effectiveness.
Participants will learn about roadblocks to effective communication
Fighting Addiction with Connection Training (FACT) is centered around the concept that "the antidote to addiction is connection." FACT teaches professionals how to address the topic of addiction with staff, clients, and/or loved ones. It's a holistic approach to treating addiction, which involves Community Interaction, Art, Improvisation and Critical Thinking.
Goals:
Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the brain science of addiction, and Routes to Recovery.
Participants will engage with each other and the instructor to express themselves meaningfully through the creation some medium art; play, song, mural, painting, book, magazine, etc.
Participants should develop a community amongst themselves and leave with tools to develop their own healing community.
